Terms & Conditions

Fees:

The fee prices published on Jenrac Technologies Limited (Jenrac) website are only of the course the customer has enrolled for; it doesn't include any travel, accommodation or living expenses unless specifically mentioned in the booking agreement. All pricing or quotations are valid for seven days, from the date they were first sent to the client.

Payment:

The course fee(s), including VAT, are payable in full immediately upon confirmation. The customer should be responsible for any charges incurred during the Payments made by a non-U.K bank account or a debit or credit card.

Once a purchase order is raised for a course, full payment for all the courses is required immediately upon confirmation before the commencement of the first class. Jenrac reserves the right to refuse entry to the training until the course fee is paid in full. 

Once a partial or full payment has been processed, over the phone or on the website by the following methods: Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque or Bank transfer, the client will adhere to Jenrac terms and conditions irrespective of a booking form having been signed or not.

Cancellation:

If the customer wishes to cancel the course, he/she needs to notify Jenrac 30 days before the course start date.

All cancellations made before 30 days of the course start date are subject to a 100% fee refund. If you do need to make a cancellation, please notify Jenrac in writing to the following address – Accounts department, Jenrac Technologies Ltd, 50 Salisbury Road, Hounslow TW4 6JQ.

Should a course booking be made less than 30 days before the course start date, the above cancellation terms still apply, and fees are payable in full and non-refundable.

In any case of course cancellation an admin fee of £499 + VAT per candidate will be payable upon cancellation.

Re-scheduling courses:

The candidate is not permitted to Re-schedule the course less than 30 working days before the course start date. If the Re-scheduling is made more than 30 days in advance of the course start date, a re-scheduling admin fee of £199 + VAT per candidate will be payable upon Re-scheduling.

Jenrac reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise the customer as soon as the change is known. Jenrac Technologies will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature.  For any course which is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as trainer sickness/course little fill), every effort will be made to provide a replacement instructor or to reschedule the course, and we will offer client as many options as possible to complete their training program. 

Refunds:

Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Refund will be handled using the same payment method that the original payment was made. Deposits and credit card surcharge and banking fees are non-refundable. For overseas transactions, Jenrac will not be liable for any fluctuation in exchange rates or bank charges for foreign refund transactions.

Location Change:

Jenrac reserves the right to change the location and will advise the customer as soon as the change is known. Jenrac will not be liable for out of pocket expenses due to cancellation or any other changes to venue or programme.

Course Materials:

All course materials and system access are provided by Jenrac based on the course content. If in any case Jenrac is unable to provide course material before start of the course it will replace with the temporary material to continue the course. Jenrac will not be considered liable for the lack. Jenrac Technologies will try its best to keep client updates with the course content.

Non-Attendance (No Show):

If a student fails to attend a program, course fees will not be refunded or allocated to another course.

Admission:

Jenrac reserves the right to refuse entry to any person whom it considers in its absolute discretion to be unsuitable for the training program.

Onsite Training:

It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide all facilities, equipment and set up required for the trainer to deliver the training. Jenrac reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the course if, in the Trainer's opinion, the venue, equipment or conditions are unsuitable.

E-Learning:

Fair Usage Policy applies to access to study materials. Jenrac reserves the right to restrict access based on operational requirements including bandwidth consumption to ensure adequate access to all learners. Access to e-learning/online products is granted for a three-month period from the date of purchase and is also dependent on the client course.

While Jenrac Technologies Limited endeavours to ensure that all information is up to date, we take no responsibility for precise accuracy and completeness of the materials on the website, and we make changes to the e-learning content from time to time without notice. Jenrac Technologies Limited reserves the right to change or alter course content from that which is published to maintain the quality of the learning. 

Copyrights:

The Customer agrees not to reproduce, sell, hire, lend or copy the course materials or use them except for the purpose of personal reference. Jenrac Technologies Ltd warrants that it will not knowingly include any copyright material in its course materials without licence or consent.

Warranty & Liability:

Jenrac Technologies Ltd will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit or data), howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss. Jenrac Technologies Ltd will not be responsible for any damage resulting from any computer viruses resulting from Third party software installed on customer computer systems.

Project Work:

Jenrac Technologies Ltd may provide its students with a project work but in any circumstances, if Jenrac is not able to provide project work. Jenrac is not liable for any penalties or fee refund for such an instance. We believe project work is an added advantage we give to students to practise what they learned during their training.

Privacy Policy:

Jenrac Technologies Ltd is committed to maintaining your privacy and the use of your personal information. If you have any questions regarding the personal information that we hold on file, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Jenrac Technologies owns the right to use your information if you have visited Jenrac website or any intellectual property.

Photography:

Clients are not permitted to take any video/photography/audio during the course without prior written consent of Jenrac Technologies, and its clients, failure to do so will be considered a direct breach of our terms of business and this matter would be taken very seriously.

Events Outside our control:

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that are caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control.

Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Other terms:

Jenrac Technologies Ltd does not accept responsibility for attendees’ personal belongings or valuables, for example, laptops or communications devices brought to courses.  These remain the responsibility of the individual participants.

Jenrac Technologies Ltd reserves the right to remove any participant from their course should their behaviour be deemed inappropriate.  In such event, no refund of course fees or other costs will be made.
